Design and execute the multi-channel education campaign
Develop tiered content modules for retail and premium investor segments
Produce projects marketing assets to support the education and popularization of the topic
Manage regular educational events of various formats for the selected groups of potential investors
Build and maintain the sales toolkit: scripts, FAQs, printed materials, and onboarding video
Run a recurring feedback loop with the Sales team to continuously improve materials
Produce mobile apps and a website lookbook
Develop online subscription teasers and investment offer teaser assets
Lead the marketing campaigns
Track and report on educational engagement, content performance, and business impact metrics
Use data to iterate on content and campaign effectiveness

លក្ខខណ្ឌការងារ

3–6 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in financial services, fintech, or a capital markets-adjacent role
Familiarity with investment products is preferred.
Background in emerging markets or Southeast Asian financial services is preferred.
Proven ability to translate complex financial products into clear, accessible client-facing content
Experience managing multi-channel campaigns across digital, print, and events
Experience with mobile apps or digital product content - UX writing, lookbooks, or product marketing
Strong written communication skills in Khmer and English
Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, product, and technology teams
Organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
