1. Project Planning Support

• Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and schedules
• Support defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Coordinate resources required for project execution                                                                                                                    

2. Project Coordination

• Coordinate project activities across departments (operations, marketing, procurement, IT, etc.)
• Ensure tasks are completed according to schedule
• Track project progress and update stakeholders                                                                                                                                   

3. Communication & Stakeholder Management

• Act as a point of contact between internal teams and external partners
• Facilitate meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items
• Ensure clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle                                                                           

4. Monitoring & Reporting

• Track project timelines, milestones, and key deliverables
• Prepare regular project status reports
• Identify risks or delays and escalate issues when necessary                                                                                                        

5. Documentation & Administration

• Maintain project documentation, reports, and records
• Ensure all documents are updated and properly stored
• Support project budgeting and expense tracking                                                                                                                                 

6. Support Store Expansion & Projects

• Assist in new store openings, renovations, or operational improvements
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers                                                                                                                     

7. Risk & Issue Management

• Identify potential project risks and support mitigation plans
• Track issues and ensure timely resolution
• Support problem-solving efforts across teams

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or operations (retail experience is a plus)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
