• Deliver high-level customer service and professional consultation to landlords, developers, and prospective tenants

• Source, onboard, and manage retail and commercial leasing listings (shops, offices, F&B spaces, showrooms, warehouses) to ensure a strong and competitive portfolio

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date property, landlord, and tenant databases

• Promote leasable spaces through both offline and digital channels (e.g., social media, property platforms, broker networks)

• Handle tenant inquiries, site visits, follow-ups, and lease negotiations to close deals effectively

• Monitor and report customer feedback, inquiries, and complaints to the Leasing Supervisor/Manager

• Ensure accuracy of property details including rental rates, unit size, availability, fit-out condition, and key selling points

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly leasing and listing reports

• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, legal, etc.) to support leasing activities and lease documentation

• Stay updated on market rental trends, competitor activities, and new retail and commercial developments

• Follow company policies and perform other duties as assigned

• Accuracy of property, landlord, and tenant data

• Effectiveness in negotiation and deal closing

Key Challenges

• Managing diverse clients including landlords, business tenants, and franchise operators with different expectations

• Balancing both leasing targets and listing acquisition responsibilities

• Matching tenant business requirements with suitable spaces in a fast-moving and highly competitive leasing market

• Ensuring accuracy and reliability of listing information (rates, terms, and availability) in a dynamic environment

Decision Making Authority

• As per direction from the Leasing Manager

Education

• High school diploma or higher

Professional Experience

• At least 2 years’ experience in leasing, sales, or marketing (real estate or retail industry preferred)

Knowledge

• Good knowledge of the real estate industry, particularly retail and commercial leasing

• Good understanding of lease terms, tenant mix, and marketing concepts

• Good knowledge of company structure and basic operation

Skills and Abilities

• Strong oral, writing and presentation skills in Khmer and English (Chinese a plus)

• Good leadership, management, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to learn fast and adapt to new environments

• Good command of office programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
