- Supplier Management: Identify and negotiate with suppliers for raw materials and packaging, ensuring quality and delivery timelines.

- Procurement: Analyze inventory needs, prepare purchase orders, and collaborate with production teams to forecast material requirements.

- Cost Management: Monitor budgets, seek cost-saving opportunities, and manage supplier performance.

- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of purchases and ensure compliance with food industry regulations.

- Collaboration: Work with production and quality control teams to meet safety and quality standards.
