A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

Inspect and verify finished goods upon arrival to ensure compliance with company specifications and government registration standards.
Check packaging, labeling, and product condition before releasing into warehouse.
Conduct cycle counts and stock quality checks to ensure inventory accuracy.
Approve or reject incoming shipments based on inspection results.
Monitor warehouse conditions (storage, stacking, pest control, EHS compliance) to maintain product quality.
Prepare inspection reports and maintain QA/QC documentation for audits and traceability.
Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams on non-conformities, stock discrepancies, and corrective actions.
Support internal and external audits by regulatory authorities.
Train warehouse/QC staff on product handling, inspection, and quality standards.
Report directly to Managing Director with updates on quality issues, inspection results, and inventory control findings.

លក្ខខណ្ឌការងារ

Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Chemistry, or related field preferred (or equivalent work experience).
3–5 years’ QA/QC or warehouse quality experience in pesticides, agrochemicals, or FMCG.
Knowledge of inspection standards, product labeling, and pesticide regulations.
Experience in inventory cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
Supervisory and reporting skills.
Good in English.
