• Execute standardized sampling plans and procedures (SOPs) to collect representative samples from various materials and production stages
• Ensure all sampling activities are conducted using proper aseptic or contamination-control techniques as required, maintaining the integrity and chain of custody of every sample collected
• Complete all required sampling records and documentation accurately and immediately, including sample labels, logbooks, and entries into the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Prepare and organize sterile sampling tools, containers, and necessary consumables; manage the proper cleaning, sterilization, and staging of all sampling equipment
• Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to ensure materials are staged correctly for sampling and to accurately track the quarantine status of materials awaiting test results.
