Job Summary
Recruit and develop top talent for a fast-paced logistics organization in Phnom Penh. This role leads hiring strategies, supports workforce planning, and partners with leaders to build an effective, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
● Manage end-to-end recruitment for operational, administrative, and management positions.
● Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs and align recruitment plans.
● Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure strong job and culture fit.
● Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future staffing requirements.
● Improve hiring processes, interview standards, and candidate experience.
● Coordinate onboarding activities to support smooth integration of new employees.
● Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports on hiring progress and outcomes.
● Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives to attract quality talent.

● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
● Proven experience in recruitment, with manager-level responsibility preferred.
● Strong knowledge of hiring practices, interview techniques, and talent sourcing.
● Experience in logistics, transport, or a fast-moving business environment is an advantage.

● Experience in recruitment agencies is must.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
● Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies.
● Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment systems or applicant tracking tools.
● Ability to work in Phnom Penh and coordinate with teams across the organization.
