Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven sales professional to support modern trade growth, improve in-store execution, and strengthen customer relationships across key retail accounts in Phnom Penh.

Key Responsibilities
● Support modern trade sales activities to achieve targets and drive market growth.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with key account customers.
● Monitor in-store execution, promotions, stock levels, and product visibility.
● Coordinate with merchandising and supply teams for smooth replenishment.
● Track sales performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvement actions.
● Coach and guide the sales team to improve execution and customer handling skills.

លក្ខខណ្ឌការងារ

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
● Experience in sales, preferably in FMCG or modern trade channels.
● Strong understanding of retail operations, key accounts, and trade execution.
● Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
● Ability to analyze sales data and prepare clear performance reports.
● Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
● Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
● Willing to work in Phnom Penh and travel as needed.
