1.Agency Development & Leadership

  • Identify and approach potential clients through networking, referrals, and lead generation.
  • Assess clients’ financial situations and insurance needs.
  • Present and explain life insurance policy options and benefits.
  • Customize insurance plans to suit individual client needs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and policy reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitors.
  • Recruit, onboard, and retain high-potential insurance agents.
  • Build a strong agency culture focused on ethics, performance, and customer service.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and motivational sessions.

2. Sales Management

  • Drive the achievement of personal and team sales targets.
  • Monitor daily sales activities and pipeline progress.
  • Implement sales campaigns and incentive programs to boost productivity.

3. Training & Capability Building

  • Deliver structured training programs on product knowledge, sales techniques, and regulatory compliance.
  • Coach agents on financial planning and consultative selling approaches.

4. Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure agents adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Monitor and improve persistency, claims handling, and customer satisfaction metrics.

  • Age: 25-45
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5years of managerial experience
  • Experience in sales or insurance industry is a plus
  • Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and support business growth
  • Sale coaching and mentoring
