II.Key Responsibilities
1.Sales & Business Development
•Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
•Identify and develop new business opportunities in air express, logistics, and freightservices.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, factories, and trading companies.
•Conduct sales visits, presentations, and negotiations with customers.
•Prepare quotations and service proposals based on company pricing policy.
•Follow up customer inquiries and ensure successful deal closure.
2.Customer Relationship Management
•Maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and strategic customers.
•Coordinate with Customer Service and Operations teams to ensure service quality andcustomer satisfaction.
•Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
•Support customer payment collection and assist AR follow-up when required.
3.Market & Competitor Analysis
•Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
•Provide recommendations to Management on service improvement and pricingcompetitiveness.
4.Sales Team Management
•Supervise, guide, and coach sales staff to improve performance.
•Assign sales targets and monitor sales activities regularly.
•Conduct sales performance reviews and provide improvement plans.
5.Reporting & Documentation
•Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and update Management on sales performance.
•Ensure all customer data and sales activities are properly recorded in the company system.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related fields.
•Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience (logistics/air freight/express industry is preferred).
•Strong communication skills in English/ Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus.
•Excellent negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
•Strong understanding of logistics, freight forwarding, and express services.
•Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
•Leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
•Good computer skills (MS Office, CRM system knowledge is an advantage).
