Customer Service
Welcome and assist customers professionally.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding products and services.
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
Ensure excellent customer experience and satisfaction.
Sales Support
Support the sales team in daily operations.
Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales documents.
Follow up on customer orders and deliveries.
Assist in achieving sales targets.
Order & Documentation Management
Process customer orders accurately and timely.
Maintain customer records and sales databases.
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and finance departments.
Ensure proper filing of sales and service documents.
Product Knowledge
Maintain updated knowledge of company products and services.
Explain product features and benefits to customers.
Support promotional activities and campaigns.
Reporting
Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
Monitor customer feedback and service performance.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused attitude.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, POS/CRM systems).
Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
