Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven sales professional to support retail account growth, improve in-store execution, and strengthen customer relationships across Phnom Penh. This role suits someone who thrives in FMCG, values teamwork, and can deliver strong sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
● Support retail sales activities to achieve targets and drive market growth.
● Build strong relationships with key accounts and deliver responsive service.
● Monitor promotions, stock levels, and product visibility in stores.
● Coordinate with merchandising and supply teams to ensure timely replenishment.
● Track sales results, prepare reports, and recommend actions for improvement.
● Coach and guide the sales team to improve execution and customer handling.

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
● Proven sales experience, ideally in FMCG or retail trade channels.
● Strong knowledge of retail operations, key accounts, and trade execution.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
● Able to analyze sales data and prepare clear performance reports.
● Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
● Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
● Willing to work in Phnom Penh and travel as needed.
