  • Take full responsibility of the entire Claims process
  • Ensure Claims payments are in accordance with the Claims management guidelines of the company
  • Conduct quality checks on cases processed by the staff
  • Confer with legal counsel on Claims requiring litigation
  • Conduct workshops and training to the staff to improve and enhance their knowledge and skills in Claims processing
  • Ensure effective communication with agencies and customers
  • Maintain all Claims document
  • Review and recommend changes to the Claims process and any associated document/form
  • Maintain Claims files such as records of settled Claims and an inventory of Claims requiring details analysis
  • To performs any others duties as assigned by Management from time to time.

លក្ខខណ្ឌការងារ

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in related fields
  • Minimum of 4 years relevant experience
  • Good English communication skills both verbal and written
  • Experience insurance systems and Microsoft Office
  • Good integrity, positive attitude, high commitment, and competence
  • Be willing to travel when required
  • Working day: Monday to Friday (8 AM to 5:30 PM)
  • Basic Salary + Per Diem Allowance + Performance Bonus + Seniority
