Effective security monitoring and threat detection.
Accurate analysis and investigation of cybersecurity incidents.
Proper implementation and monitoring of security protection controls.
Timely incident reporting and escalation.
Maintenance of security logs, alerts, and documentation.
Monitor and analyze security alerts and logs from security monitoring tools.
Conduct threat hunting and security analysis.
Investigate security incidents and perform root cause analysis.
Implement security controls for systems, servers, and network infrastructure.
Support password security and privileged access management.
Prepare security operation reports and incident documentation.
Assist in maintaining security policies and procedures.
Perform other tasks as required by management.

លក្ខខណ្ឌការងារ

Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in SOC operations or IT security monitoring and 1 year of working experience in banking or financial service industries.
Professional certification such as CISSP, CISM or equivalent is preferred.
Experience in incident response, threat monitoring, and security tools management
Knowledge of security frameworks and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security Management)
Ability to work under pressure in high-stakes environments and 24/7 SOC operations.
Good at English speaking, writing and listening
Computer literacy, including Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, Khmer typing and English.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Willingness frequently to travel to the wide branch network offices
