• Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, labor, banking, financial, and real estate matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, MOUs, and NDAs.
• Ensure compliance with Cambodian laws and regulatory requirements including AML/CFT.
• Liaise with regulators, government authorities, and external legal counsel.
• Handle corporate secretarial matters, licenses, permits, and statutory filings.
• Conduct compliance monitoring, internal reviews, and risk assessments.
• Support management in legal risk management and decision-making.

លក្ខខណ្ឌការងារ

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (Master’s degree is an advantage).
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in legal and compliance roles.
• Strong knowledge of Cambodian laws and regulations.

• Experience in financial services, investment, or corporate group environment pre-ferred.

• Excellent communication skills in Khmer and English; Chinese is an advantage.
• High integrity, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail.
