Oversee the strategic product management for Merchant POS products in support of the organization’s goals and market needs.
Oversees the evaluation of market trends, product development, product position and pricing philosophy and recommends enhancements to product lines to stimulate sales and meet objectives.
Manages the full P&L and develops a marketing plan and product line objectives; including strategy and tactics; ensuring consistency with organization and business line objectives and goals and meeting product profit and growth goals.
Develop analytics supporting all Merchant POS performance including the development of innovative techniques, statistical analysis, and decision science logic required to achieve desired business goals.
Develops, implements and maintains Merchant POS operations.
Administers Merchant POS processing system changes, implementations and problem resolution develops and implements special projects such as new account acquisitions, card activation and usage, balance transfers, and changes to terms and conditions.
Drive and monitor merchant sales team to achieve the yearly budget.
All related tactic tasks assigned by management from time to time.

លក្ខខណ្ឌការងារ

At least 5 years of experience in an executive position in a large and/ or global organisation;
Experience in the financial industry including working with Credit Card, Debit Card and/or Merchant POS Acquiring, Visa, Mastercard and/or UPI, evaluation of market(s) and financial modeling
Solid product development and innovation experience including marketing campaign management and product positioning
Strong financial and business analysis skills
Strong prioritization skills and ability to quickly re-prioritize in a dynamic environment.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to instantly connect with people and manage ongoing relationships for positive outcomes;
