  • Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle of business loans in digital lending ambit
  • Ensure products align with the organization’s strategic goals and meet customer needs.
  • Tapping MSME Potential:
  • Develop and implement strategies to identify and capture opportunities in the SME/MSME segment.
  • Design tailored lending solutions for MSMEs to drive portfolio growth.
  • Enhancing Portfolio and Revenue:
  • Drive portfolio expansion and revenue generation for merchant loans.
  • Analyze market trends and customer behaviors to identify growth opportunities.
  • Product Ideation and Maintenance:
  • Conceptualize, develop, and launch new loan programs for merchants and SMEs.
  • Ensure continuous maintenance and enhancement of existing products to remain competitive and compliant.
  • Strategic Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including risk, operations, and marketing, to ensure seamless product delivery and execution.
  • Partner with FMCG stakeholders to leverage supply chain dynamics for value-added financing solutions.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) or related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in banking, FMCG, or fintech sectors.
  • Proven expertise in product management, particularly in lending products.
  • Deep understanding of FMCG supply and value chains.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
