Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Operations Manager to handle end-to-end project execution from kick-off to handover. You will manage the team, coordinate contractors, control timeline & quality, and ensure smooth delivery.(Founder focuses on branding/marketing + closing deals.)
Key Responsibilities • Manage architecture & interior projects from start to finish • Plan project timeline, milestones, and weekly progress updates • Coordinate design team, contractors, and suppliers • Supervise site progress + ensure quality control • Control budget, variation orders, and material approvals • Handle client updates during execution phase • Final inspection, snag list, and project handover

Requirements • 5+ years experience in architecture/interior project management • Strong site coordination & contractor management skills • Good leadership, responsibility, and problem-solving • Able to read drawings and manage multiple projects • Tools: AutoCAD + Excel (Project tracking is a plus)MG Design & Co.
