Maintaining and monitoring project development plans from technical side.
Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.
Work with business transformation for business requirement document (BRD).
Documenting and following up on important actions.
Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
Ensuring project deadlines are met.
Determining project changes.
Assist and report to line manager and providing administrative support as needed.
Undertaking project tasks as required.
Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
Facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project stakeholders.
Provide regular report of IT development status to management and related stakeholders.

លក្ខខណ្ឌការងារ

Bachelor degree in business or related technical field of study.
Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
Experience in IT project management, from conception to delivery
An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Microsoft Project and Outlook.
