• Develop project schedules, budgets, and scopes.• Work with survey and design teams to validate feasibility.• Manage contractor deliverables and procurement timelines.• Track project milestones and prepare executive reports.• Ensure compliance with technical standards and safety protocols.
Scope of Work:• National-level project planning and rollout management.• Coordination across departments and third-party vendors.• Risk analysis and mitigation strategies.• Oversight of documentation, reporting, and resource planning.

លក្ខខណ្ឌការងារ
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or similar.• 5 years of experience in telecom project management.• Proficiency with MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools.• PMP or equivalent certification is a strong advantage.
