A Good Opportunity for ..

Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test data.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand functional and non-functional requirements.
Ensure test coverage across UI, backend, integrations, and APIs.
Perform functional, regression, UAT, integration, and system testing.
Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Appium, Postman, or Cypress.
Work with the QA Manager to expand automation test coverage in CI/CD pipelines.
Accurately log and track bugs using tools such as JIRA or TestRail.
Participate in bug triage meetings and verify resolved issues.
Contribute to root cause analysis and continuous improvement of QA processes.
Validate software against banking regulations, compliance standards, and security requirements.
Support testing for data privacy, access controls, and authentication.
Work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Actively participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Provide QA sign-off for releases and support production validation when needed.

លក្ខខណ្ឌការងារ

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in quality assurance/testing.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related fields.
Hands-on experience in both manual and automated testing.
Proficiency with QA tools such as Selenium, Appium, Postman, JIRA, TestRail, Jenkins.
Experience with mobile app testing (Android/iOS), API testing, and web applications.
Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodology, CI/CD, and Git version control.
Familiarity with banking or fintech software testing is a plus.
