▪Assist the division in achieving efficient and effective outcomes.
▪Ensure the effectiveness of policy preparation, updating, and implementation of policies related to green financing in accordance with applicable regulations and relevant guidelines.
▪Monitor and analyze events, regulations, and national strategic plans within the green financing framework.
▪Conduct research on green business models, principles, and conditions of sustainable financing (Sustainable/Green Business Model).
▪Prepare and/or update policies and procedures for green loans and other relevant policies, including legal standards.
Actively engage in the establishment and execution of tasks associated with the Cambodia Climate Finance Facility (CCFF) under the Green Climate Fund (GCF).
▪Engage in the development/preparation of strategic guidelines and necessary documentation to support ARDB’s journey toward becoming an Accredited Entity (AE) under the Green Climate Fund (GCF).
▪Research and develop green/sustainable business models to advance green financing initiatives.
▪Engage in training courses, workshops, and other relevant activities.
▪Involve in preparing training materials on the principles, procedures, conditions, and processes for implementing green financing.
▪Organize training sessions for ARDB staff and processes for implementing green financing.
▪Participate in meetings with development partners (national, regional, and international) within the green financing and related areas and collaborate with other departments involved in the green financing framework.

▪Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent
▪At least 2 years’ experience (especially in the banking sector)
▪Experience in research and report preparation
▪Possess knowledge of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) (an additional advantage).
▪Skilled in research and technology utilization
▪English level (can write, read, listen, and speak)
▪Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint) and Internet & Email
▪Demonstrates innovation in research and information gathering
▪Proficient in reporting and employment relations
▪Comprehends the overall functioning of the bank
