Achieve and exceed revenue targets through strategic solution selling and account development.
Identify, qualify, and pursue new enterprise opportunities across connectivity, cloud, security, and managed services.
Understand customer business needs and translate them into tailored technical and commercial proposals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and IT/technical stakeholders.
Lead solution presentations, demonstrations, and project discussions with enterprise clients.
Drive market penetration by ensuring consistent account coverage and opportunity pipeline growth.
Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to design and deliver customer solutions.
Negotiate solution pricing, service terms, and contract agreements aligned with company strategy.
Provide dedicated after-sales support, ensuring successful service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor solutions, and customer insights to support new product and solution development.

លក្ខខណ្ឌការងារ

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
3–5 years of experience in enterprise solutions, B2B sales, or ICT/telecom/technology environment.
Strong understanding of enterprise solutions such as IP/MPLS, DIA, Cloud, Security, SD-WAN, Hosting, and Managed Services.
Proven track record in solution selling, account management, and achieving revenue targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for both commercial and technical audiences.
Ability to understand technical designs and work closely with Pre-Sales & Engineering teams.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate customer needs into actionable solutions.
Experience working with CRM platforms and strong proficiency in MS Office.
Results-driven, collaborative, and able to manage complex customer requirements with minimal supervision.
Fluency in English (verbal & written); Khmer preferred.
