• Monitor performance against targets and KPIs

• Analyze trends, foot traffic, and customer behavior

4. Business Performance Improvement

• Develop strategies to enhance tenant business performance
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for campaigns
• Recommend promotional activities to increase tenant sales                                                                                                         

5. Coordination & Collaboration

• Work closely with leasing, marketing, and mall operations teams
• Support tenant onboarding and store opening processes
• Ensure alignment between tenants and mall objectives                                                                                                                

6. Compliance & Monitoring

• Ensure tenants comply with mall policies and reporting requirements
• Monitor sales reporting accuracy and submission timelines
• Address any operational or commercial issues                                                                                                                                

7. Market & Competitor Analysis

• Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking
• Identify industry trends and opportunities
• Suggest strategies to remain competitive

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail, Marketing, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in retail, mall operations, or business analysis
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
• Experience in FMCG or shopping mall environment is an advantage
