  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, dealers, and service workshops.
  • Monitor and manage spare parts inventory, ensuring availability and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team for timely dispatch and delivery of spare parts.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management.
  • Ensure pricing accuracy and adherence to company policies.
  • Maintain proper documentation, invoicing, and system updates.

លក្ខខណ្ឌការងារ

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Automotive, or related field (preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience in spare parts sales, automotive, or related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of spare parts catalogues, inventory systems, and sales processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP, or inventory management systems.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills (Khmer & English preferred).
