Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
● Support IT governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to improve control and compliance.
● Monitor security risks, identify gaps, and recommend practical mitigation actions.
● Coordinate audits, assessments, and follow-up actions with internal teams and stakeholders.
● Review access controls, system changes, and security settings to protect key information assets.
● Assist in incident response, reporting, and continuous improvement of IT security processes.
● Work with business and technical teams to maintain standards, documentation, and governance records.

● Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
● Experience in IT governance, IT security, risk management, or compliance within a banking setting.
● Good understanding of security controls, access management, policies, and audit practices.
● Ability to analyze issues, document findings, and support corrective action planning.
● Strong communication and coordination skills with both technical and non-technical teams.
● Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage priorities in a regulated environment.
● Professional proficiency in English; knowledge of local regulatory requirements is an advantage.
