• Provide Business Analysis functional expertise: Engage and partner with key business and IT stakeholders to identify changing business project priorities and Ensure business requirement document is properly signed off by business user and functional gap analysis document is developed and sign off by IT solution development team before passing on to project implementation team.
• Project Planning: Directly work with product owner to agree on business planning for product rollout and working with internal development team to agree on development plan.
• Project Development: Conducting project workshop, Monitoring project progress, supporting development team during system development, Manage escalated project issue, supporting testers during testing stage, providing support during system deployment to production, Manage prioritized product backlog.

1. Bachelor’s degree in IT, System Engineering, IT Business or MIS or related fields

2. At least 2 years’ experience in software development/IT insurance systems implementation

3. At least 2 years’ experience in IT business requirement gathering & documentation such as prototyping, designing MVP, experience in mockup design, wireframe by using automation tools

4. Knowledge & experience in Agile Methodology (SCRUM) or other Software Development Lifecycle and other best practices

5. Knowledge & experience in IT Project Management

6. Knowledge of current trends and innovations in technology infrastructure and computer software applications

7. Understanding Database architecture and design
