Lead and coordinate all structural engineering activities throughout the project.
Review and approve structural drawings, calculations, and technical submissions.
Review and evaluate soil investigation (geotechnical) reports and foundation design recommendations.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams to resolve technical and structural issues.
Ensure structural designs comply with project specifications, local regulations, and engineering standards.
Monitor structural construction works to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with approved designs.
Provide technical support and recommendations during project planning and construction.

លក្ខខណ្ឌការងារ

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Structural Engineering preferred).
Minimum 10 years of structural engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or technical coordination role.
Strong expertise in reinforced concrete, steel structures, foundation systems, and structural analysis.
Ability to review and interpret soil investigation (geotechnical) reports and foundation design.
Experience in high-rise building projects is highly preferred.
Proficient in ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, AutoCAD, and related engineering software.
Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
