• Ensure compliance with appropriate policies and procedure.
• Assist team lead to design, publish and implement guidelines to ensure compatibility with industry standards, internal policies and procedures.
• Administration access account IDs through access management lifecycle.
• Assist to promote a mature security posture with regards to ensuring appropriate application and system access is provisioned with the concept of least privilege.
• Assist to plan execution, schedule and conduct periodic access reviews while working closely with other system and application support teams and prepare access review report to management.
• Assess potential security issues where applicable (for example: excessive privileges relative to job duty or separation of duties, orphan remediation, escalations as required).
• Identify, document and develop process improvements and streamline systems access requests during new hire,x transfer and termination processes.
• Perform other task assigned by management.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or other related equivalence.
• Experience in Bank and Financial Institution at least 1 years of user provisioning, reviewing and reconciliation.
• Understanding of access control principle.
• Understanding of Operating System (Linux & Windows), database, networking and risk analyst.
• Good verbal and written English skills to present to management.
• Be honest, self-motivation, self-initiation, self-commitment, fast learner, flexible and punctual.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, engagement, collaboration and excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Highly result oriented and independent, and able to work under pressure.
