Set up promotion fields and explain products in order to persuade customers to purchase. Promote products by organizing events regularly to attract customers ( Field day, Pre-Season Meeting). Provide product samples and brochures to persuade people to be aware of our new products. Prepare status reports including activities, closing and follow up. Able to coordinate with input dealers, collectors and relevant partners. Support demonstration farmers to share their knowledge and experience with other farmers by doing a short VDO. Assist on set up PDS-2 Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Setting Demonstration plot: ● Identify villages in collaboration with NGO partner (if in place in the area) ● Select and coach key farmers with NGO partner (if collaboration in place) ● Provide regular technical advice to farmers on all aspects of vegetable production ● Share visit plan and practical training plan with Team leader, Commercial team, NGO Partner, and Extension team in Cambodia. ● Place sign boards around the demonstration plots to inform other farmers of the current activity. ● Build up capacity of key farmers to train other farmers in the area or present activities and results - Learn with the key farmer using their practical expertise, set up trials within the demo plot, group key farmers to help them take decisions on improved vegetable production. ● Focus on improving farm management practices using EWS varieties or if not available for a specific crop from another seed company (to coordinate with Team leader, Technical specialist, and Project coordinator) ● Assist demonstration farmers with the collection of farm data include cost and benefit ● Take photos of the demonstration plot at different growing stage ● Data entry all farm record on KT-App Conduct farmer training: ● Identify training needs per crop season of the different groups in villages (target or satellite) ● Plan training in collaboration with commercial team and partner NGOs (if in place in the area) ● Share training plan with Team leader, Technical specialist, and Project coordinator. ● Conduct short village level training courses on vegetable production, as per project document ● Collect data for project coordinator if requirement ● Evaluate training and training materials in collaboration with NGO partner, Team leader, Project coordinator to Ensure participation of farmers in the training to increase learning. ● Distribute extension materials Organize Field days ● Plan field days as soon as demonstration in place - field days can be organized at different crop stages. ● Share plan with partner NGO (if present), EWCB spot promoter or EWCB sales & marketing if spot promoter not in place in this area, Technical Program Officer and Supervisor, Extension Management Team in Cambodia. ● Advertise and inform community and stakeholders ● Record information, observation from field days and follow up ● Distribute extension materials Technical point of contact for vegetable production and EWS varieties within the area of activities. ● Participate in events from EWCB sales & marketing on EWS varieties information (EWCB field day, PDS farms) ● Be proactive in keeping updates with new varieties, new techniques, new products on the local market ● Be proactive in setting trials in demonstration farms, record accordingly results. Prepare with Team leader and Project coordinator. ● Closely coordinate activities with input dealers and collectors and support them with technical information within the township. ● Coordinate with relevant partners ● Share extension materials Data collection in coordination with Team Leader and Project Coordinator ● Report accurate and timely farm record 2 JOB DESCRIPTION ● Record data for monitoring - training number of participants, field days participants ● Record observations, remarks that could be important in evaluating and managing activities Reporting ● Provide the project quarterly reports to Team leader, Project coordinator and CC KT Manager ● Prepare activity planning and share to partner and internal ● Collect the farmers success stories and share with related partners and EWS- KTS ● Share the market information with the Commercial team regularly.
Demand Planning & Forecasting Demand Planning: Collaborate with regional sales teams to improve forecast accuracy; prepare planning templates and perform deep-dive analysis on historical data. Forecast Control: Manage both Unconstrained and Constrained (Uncon/Con) forecast data; ensure the integrity of price and volume uploads across platforms. DPA Tracking: Monitor Demand Plan Accuracy (DPA) performance weekly; conduct root-cause analysis for forecast variances and present findings to sales leaders. System Administration & Data Integrity System Setup: Manage end-to-end master data creation for new products and pricing within ABS, D365, Anaplan, and Salesforce. Lifecycle Management: Maintain and update local Product Lifecycle (PLC) statuses and proactively resolve system integration errors. Supply Chain Operations Demand & Supply Meetings: Participate in monthly S&OP meetings, providing supply outlooks and managing critical follow-up actions. Stock & PO Management: Oversee the Purchase Order (PO) lifecycle, including file updates, receiving in D365, and order placement in Salesforce to maintain optimal inventory levels. Order Coordination (OC): Coordinate "Call Seed" (Order Confirmation) processes from sister companies to packing plants; track and communicate ETD/ETA schedules. Inventory Control & Compliance SLOB Management: Update Slow-Moving and Obsolete (SLOB) reports monthly to mitigate financial risk. Import & Compliance: Facilitate import documentation, seed registrations, and quality certifications with the GDA; manage all necessary import permits. Audits & Reporting: Lead monthly physical stock counts and prepare supporting documentation for internal/external audits. Customs & Logistics: Coordinate with customs brokers for timely clearance and ensure all transportation documentation is accurate and compliant. Quality & Support Complaint Handling: Track and monitor product or service complaints, coordinating with relevant departments for swift resolution. Ad-hoc Support: Execute additional tasks and special projects as assigned by the supervisor/manager.
