Support the execution of digital product roadmaps, including feature releases, enhancements, and ongoing improvements. Translate business and operational requirements into clear functional specifications, and coordinate closely with IT and technical teams for implementation. Monitor digital product and payment performance, proactively identifying issues, risks, and improvement opportunities. Analyze customer usage behavior, transaction data, and trends, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making. Manage and support digital partnership initiatives, including identifying potential partners, onboarding, integration, and performance tracking. Coordinate with external partners (fintechs, payment providers, merchants, platforms) to expand the digital ecosystem and enhance payment capabilities. Support partner integration processes (API, technical, and operational readiness) in collaboration with IT and vendors. Assist in product launches, promotional campaigns, and go-to-market initiatives to drive adoption and usage, including joint campaigns with partners. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth delivery, issue resolution, and alignment across teams. Conduct market research and competitor analysis, including benchmarking partnership models, ecosystem strategies, and digital offerings. Support service reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy and integrity of transactions, settlements, and reporting. Maintain accurate documentation, processes, and records in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Responsible for preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly NBC reports which ensure accuracy, completeness, existing & compliance in timely submission to NBC with well off result. Also, properly follow up with respective department for report consolidation. Responsible for preparing and testing monthly ECL calculation to ensure accuracy and quality report, also prepare monthly adjustment ECL, lease IFRS16 and key figures which follow by CIRS. Responsible for reviewing weekly & monthly weighted interest report in timely manner and on-time submission to NBC. Testing daily compliance ratios to ensure bank's ratios are comply with regulation from NBC. Assist in audit report by preparing IFRS16 lease calculation report, FA movement, related party transaction, call over audit report, casting, and preparing relevant hard copy documents for management review, prepare letter submission to NBC. Assist in annual report by casting report to audit report, call over to ensure accurate financial statement figure and consistency of both reports.
