Key Responsibilities:

Data Entry: Inputting supplier info (hotels, cars, tours), contracts, promotions, and client details into the travel management system.
Accounting: Handling accounts payable (paying suppliers) and accounts receivable (client payments/commissions).
System Management: Maintaining databases, ensuring data is current, and supporting users.
