• Issue invoices to customers on time.
• Follow up on payments from customers.
• Review and make payment to suppliers on time.
• Issue Payment Voucher, Journal Voucher and attach supporting document.
• Prepare advance and clear advance for operation staff.
• Assist in preparing monthly FS report.
• Assist in preparing Monthly Tax Return working.
• Maintain accurate tracking of payment made for each project.
• Manage petty cash.
• Reconcile petty cash accounts.
• Maintain proper and accurate filings of document in hard copy and soft copy.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into accounting system.
• Maintain supplier records and contracts.
• Support management with ad hoc reports.
• Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Solid knowledge of tax regulations and experience handling monthly tax filings.
• Proficient in accounting software (experience with QuickBook, Xero, or similar systems is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in property accounting.
• Experience in a property management or real estate company.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
