Develop merchant campaign activation plans aligned with business goals and customer acquisition targets.
Identify priority merchant segments and design tailored campaign mechanics (e.g., promos, in-store events, co-branded activations).
Coordinate campaign timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
Lead execution of both on-ground and digital activation initiatives, including booth setup, branding materials, and merchant readiness.
Collaborate with field teams to deploy and manage activation efforts across target locations or events.
Ensure merchant participation and engagement before, during, and after campaign periods.
Monitor campaign performance metrics such as new customer acquisition, merchant conversion, and ROI.
Work with the analytics or data teams to assess campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Prepare post-mortem reports and share actionable insights for future planning.
Coordinate with sales, operations, creative, and compliance teams to ensure smooth execution of merchant campaigns.
Maintain clear communication with merchants, supporting them throughout campaign lifecycles.
Ensure all activities comply with internal policies and brand guidelines.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in campaign execution, trade marketing, merchant marketing, or field activation (e.g., e-commerce, retail, or fintech).
Experience leading campaigns from planning through execution and evaluation.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Willingness to travel for on-ground activations if needed.
