• Assists the Production Manager in supervising all daily activities on the production floor, ensuring efficient use of labor and equipment to meet daily/weekly output targets and maintain the production schedule.• Directly supervises production staff, including providing training, monitoring performance, scheduling shifts,• Enforce company policies and safety procedures to maintain a skilled and compliant workforce.• Collaborates with QC staff to monitor production processes for quality assurance, identifies deviations or defects, and assists in implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to minimize waste and ensure product quality standards are consistently met.
