● Greet guests warmly, assist with luggage, and escort them to rooms or transport as needed.● Provide safe, timely driving services for hotel guests, staff, and errands when assigned.● Maintain a clean, presentable vehicle and ensure it is fueled, checked, and ready for use.● Support front office and concierge tasks to create a smooth and welcoming guest experience.● Handle guest requests professionally, with care, courtesy, and attention to detail.● Follow hotel policies, traffic laws, and safety standards at all times.

Yêu cầu công việc
● Previous experience in hospitality, guest service, or driving is preferred.● Valid driving license and good knowledge of Phnom Penh roads and traffic rules.● Friendly, polite, and professional attitude with strong customer service skills.● Physically fit and able to lift luggage and remain active throughout the shift.● Good communication skills and ability to work well with team members and guests.● Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.● Basic English communication is an advantage; other languages are a plus.● Presentable appearance and commitment to maintaining hotel service standards.
