Senior Officer | Visa Operation, is a sub-team lead in visa operation and mainly responsible for implementing the visa operation effectively to meet the organization’s requirements and expectations, both for tour & non-tour visa.

JOB SCOPE:
Within World Pop Travel & Tour Group Co., Ltd. this role is responsible for supporting and implementing visa operations across assigned destinations and services, covering both tour and non-tour segments. As a sub-team lead, the Senior Officer ensures smooth application processing, accurate documentation, and compliance with visa requirements, while also coordinating closely with internal departments and external visa stakeholders.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Monitor & track all visa application process, timely support team, ensuring highly successful visa results & good customer experiences.
• Handle visa applications of the assigned destinations/services
• Prepare group tour name list, guarantee letters & employee confirmation for visa applications
• Process purchase requisition for visa expense payment (online & offline payment)
• Update visa results in group chat (tour) & Shared Drive (Non-Tour: Retails & Corporate)       
• Maintain good relationship with consular offices, visa centres & other visa service suppliers
• Prepare weekly visa application repo
• Other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor            

-    BBA in Tourism and Hospitality Management or a related field
-    Essential 3 years of experience in the visa sector
-    Good command of communication in both Khmer and English
-    Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
-    Outstanding organizational, time management, and improvisational skills.
