  1. Developing and executing category plans, including product mix, pricing, and promotional tactics
  2. Conducting market analysis to identify growth opportunities and optimize product assortments.
  3. Establishing and nurturing relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, supply continuity, and cost-effectiveness.
  4. Monitoring category performance metrics such as sales volume, profitability, and market share
  5. Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient product launches and on-time promotions
  6. Regularly reviewing category performance and implementing corrective actions to meet business targets

Yêu cầu công việc

  1.  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
  2. Proven experience (3+ years) in category management, merchandising, or a similar role.
  3. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex market data and consumer insights
  4. Demonstrated track record of achieving sales and profit targets
  5. Excellent negotiation and communication skills for stakeholder engagement
  6. Proficiency in relevant category management tools and business analytics platforms
