Job Summary
Lead the company’s financial strategy, governance, and performance as Chief Financial Officer in Phnom Penh. You will oversee planning, reporting, controls, and capital management to support sustainable growth in banking, insurance, or microfinance.

Key Responsibilities
● Drive financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning aligned with business goals.
● Lead accounting, audit, tax, treasury, and financial reporting with accuracy, control, and compliance.
● Strengthen internal controls, risk management, and governance to support sound decision-making.
● Partner with senior leadership to evaluate growth opportunities, investments, and capital needs.
● Monitor financial performance, identify variances, and recommend actions to improve profitability.
● Manage external stakeholders, including auditors, regulators, banks, and key business partners.

● Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional qualification preferred.
● Minimum 10 years of progressive finance leadership experience, including director-level responsibility.
● Strong background in banking, insurance, or microfinance with solid knowledge of regulatory standards.
● Proven expertise in financial planning, reporting, budgeting, treasury, audit, and internal controls.
● Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
● Ability to drive strategic initiatives, manage risk, and support executive decision-making.
● High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
