Degree in media, communications, design or similar preferred; however, direct experience in a related field will be considered.
6+ years of experience in creative design, with book, retail, F&B, or lifestyle and retail brands preferred.
Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and design quality.
High-level skills with Adobe Creative Suite, with emphasis on Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
Familiarity with AI tools; not overly reliant on them.
Strong product photography skills and solid knowledge of lighting, composition and mood. Professional camera proficiency required; phone photography may be used on occasion.
Basic video and video editing skills with the ability to shoot and edit short-form content.
"Can do" attitude, willing to spend time researching and learning independently when new tasks arise. Must be a self-starter.
Passion for commercial art and design with a close eye for detail, including a high level of English proficiency and confidence enough to spot typooos.
Experience with or knowledge of Japanese graphic design approaches and visual culture.
Demonstrated examples of print and materials production including packaging, offset printing and physical displays.
Knowledge of typography, photography, layout, video production and printing techniques.
Familiarity with design aspects and constraints of web layout, email campaigns, social media design and related formats.
Extremely organized — from digital asset management to detailed use of styles in InDesign and Illustrator — with an aim toward maximum efficiency always.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, campaign and digital work.
Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Language: English (native or near-fluent). Khmer, Japanese or Mandarin Chinese a bonus but not required. Marketing work is conducted primarily in English; Khmer is helpful for day-to-day operations.
Other Details
Working hours: Up to 44 hours per week. Primary workdays are Monday to Saturday morning, with work outside of office hours required on occasions. Public holiday and annual leave entitlements are based on Cambodian Labor Law.
