• Drive and lead brand team members, and assist the Marketing team in the development brand programs and key marketing fundamental plans, such as developing and aligning Business Channel Plans into Brand Plans
• Lead the team under supervisor and ensure timely implementation of effective consumer Brand plans, including new product launches in line with brand strategies.
• Conduct market research to understand consumer insights, competitor positioning, and industry trends.
• Define and implement long-term brand strategies aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with creative, PR, and digital teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for maximum impact.
• Manage relationships with agencies, influencers, and media partners.
• Plan and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and experiential channels.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or FMCG industry
• Strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and market trends
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good command of English (both written and spoken)
