Job Summary:
The Creative Manager leads the company’s creative direction and production across all marketing platforms. This role oversees design, video, 3D visualization, and brand identity for our automotive brands, ensuring all creative outputs reflect premium quality, innovation, and strong visual storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor the creative team to deliver high-impact visual content.
• Develop creative concepts for campaigns, social media, and digital marketing.
• Manage weekly content schedules and ensure consistent brand identity.
• Design 3D mockups for merchandise, event booth layouts, and showroom displays.
• Oversee video production, animation, and rendering for marketing campaigns.
• Create motion graphics, product videos, and lifestyle storytelling assets.
• Collaborate with marketing and events teams to ensure cohesive campaign visuals.
• Utilize advanced AI tools and web platforms for content generation and visualization.
• Present creative proposals to management with clear visual direction.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Required Software Proficiency:
• Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects
• Video & Color: Davinci Resolve
• 3D Visualization: SketchUp, V-Ray, Enscape
