A Big Opportunity for ...

Design and launch new corporate banking products (loans, trade finance, treasury, cash management, payments);
Oversee the full product lifecycle: concept, business case, implementation, monitoring, and review;
Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to identify product opportunities;
Define product value propositions, pricing, features, and target segments; prepare business cases and feasibility studies for approval;
Manage and enhance existing products to ensure profitability, relevance, and customer satisfaction; monitor P&L, pricing models, margins, and fee income;
Review product performance and recommend actions to meet financial and strategic targets; set and track KPIs for product uptake, volumes, and revenue;
Coordinate product campaigns and cross-selling initiatives; support Relationship Managers on acquisition and retention;
Ensure product compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies; identify risks and implement mitigation measures;
Work with relevance stakeholders to deliver corporate product solutions;
Provide product knowledge, guidance, and training to internal teams; Perform other tasks assigned by management.

Yêu cầu công việc

Degree in Business Administration in Banking and Finance, Economic, statistic or marketing related field;
4 years’ experience in product development in the corporate banking services Strong knowledge of corporate banking solutions:
loans, deposits, trade finance, cash management, treasury, and payments;
Good interpersonal, communication and persuasive skills; Fluent in written and spoken in English language, knowledge of Chinese is a plus
