• End-to-End Production: Lead the full production lifecycle for photography and videography, including storyboarding, directing, shooting, and advanced post-production editing.
• Storytelling & Asset Creation: Develop high-impact motion graphics, product videos, and "lifestyle" storytelling assets specifically tailored to resonate with Family and Parent-centric demographics.
• Technical Management: Manage all technical aspects of video recording, including lighting, sound, and equipment maintenance, to ensure premium output quality.

2. Visual Design & Brand Stewardship

• Brand Leadership: Direct all visual design and branding projects to ensure a cohesive and professional identity across the organization.
• Graphic Design: Create sophisticated marketing materials for both print and digital media, including leaflets, large-scale banners, print ads, and high-end presentation templates for management.
• Identity Consistency: Oversee weekly and monthly content schedules to ensure every visual touchpoint aligns with the brand’s core business objectives.

3. Strategic Planning & Innovation

• Concept Development: Conceptualize and develop innovative creative themes for integrated marketing campaigns (online and offline).
• AI & Tool Optimization: Expertly utilize advanced AI tools and emerging web platforms to streamline content generation and enhance visual impact.
• Creative Proposals: Prepare and present comprehensive creative proposals to senior management, providing clear visual direction and strategic rationale.

4. Collaboration & Operational Excellence

• Cross-Functional Coordination: Seamlessly synchronize digital content efforts with physical marketing events, roadshows, and booth activations.
• Creative Strategy: Lead team brainstorming sessions and implement workflow improvements to increase department efficiency and creative output.
• Ad-hoc Support: Execute additional creative tasks as assigned by management to support evolving business needs.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
• Technical Proficiency: Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Technical Design: Experience with SketchUp and AutoCAD for interior/booth design is highly preferred.
• Production Skills: Proven professional experience in video editing, photography, and lighting setup.
• Marketing Insight: Strong understanding of marketing principles and the ability to translate business objectives into creative visuals.
