An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Update and manage inventory status against the quarterly/annual plan by categorizing: High inventory, low expiry risk items and new product launches
  • Track and update sales performance and trade program performance versus plan, covering all KPIs defined by the Trade Marketing Manager (TMM) and Principals.
  • Monitor and control spending for all trade promotion programs to ensure alignment with approved budgets.
  • Collect trade program agreements, track trade marketing initiatives, and consolidate progress reports according to TMM templates or instructions.
  • Collect, analyze, and consolidate market data, including competitor activities and market intelligence.
  • Prepare and ensure readiness of all required reports for weekly sales team reviews, monthly business reviews with principals, monthly management review meetings
  • Coordinate market activation activities, including; visiting activation locations and negotiating fees.
  • Arranging manpower (promoters / sales support teams)
  • Preparing POSM and product samples
  • Monitoring promoter (PG) performance
  • Producing post-activation reports and performance analysis

  • Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel, DMS systems, and Pivot Tables.
  • Ability to regularly review program performance, follow up on execution, identify gaps, and propose corrective actions or improvement plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Capable of clearly and effectively communicating trade programs and updates, including representing the Trade Marketing Manager when they are not available for meetings.
  • Basic to intermediate ability to translate market feedback, customer insights, and competitor activities into actionable recommendations.
  • Willingness to conduct regular market visits with the Sales Team or Trade Marketing Manager.
  • Able to communicate in English, both written and verbal, with internal management and external Principals as part of job requirements.
