Job Summary
We are looking for a Credit Officer Specialist to support lending growth in Kampong Speu. This role focuses on client assessment, credit quality, portfolio performance, and strong customer service in a dynamic financial environment.

Key Responsibilities
● Assess loan applications, verify documents, and evaluate customer repayment capacity and risk.
● Build strong client relationships to support business growth, retention, and repeat lending.
● Recommend credit solutions aligned with policy, client needs, and risk considerations.
● Monitor active accounts, follow up on repayments, and support early collection actions.
● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate processing, compliance, and disbursement.
● Maintain records, prepare reports, and support portfolio tracking and field visits.

● Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
● Experience in credit, lending, sales, or business development in banking or microfinance.
● Strong knowledge of loan products, credit analysis, and customer assessment.
● Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
● Able to work independently, meet targets, and manage priorities in a fast-paced setting.
● Detail-oriented with high integrity, professionalism, and commitment to compliance.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to prepare clear reports and records.
● Willing to travel within Battambang and nearby areas as required.
