Demand Planning & Forecasting

• Demand Planning: Collaborate with regional sales teams to improve forecast accuracy; prepare planning templates and perform deep-dive analysis on historical data.

• Forecast Control: Manage both Unconstrained and Constrained (Uncon/Con) forecast data; ensure the integrity of price and volume uploads across platforms.

• DPA Tracking: Monitor Demand Plan Accuracy (DPA) performance weekly; conduct root-cause analysis for forecast variances and present findings to sales leaders.

System Administration & Data Integrity

• System Setup: Manage end-to-end master data creation for new products and pricing within ABS, D365, Anaplan, and Salesforce.

• Lifecycle Management: Maintain and update local Product Lifecycle (PLC) statuses and proactively resolve system integration errors.

Supply Chain Operations

• Demand & Supply Meetings: Participate in monthly S&OP meetings, providing supply outlooks and managing critical follow-up actions.

• Stock & PO Management: Oversee the Purchase Order (PO) lifecycle, including file updates, receiving in D365, and order placement in Salesforce to maintain optimal inventory levels.

• Order Coordination (OC): Coordinate "Call Seed" (Order Confirmation) processes from sister companies to packing plants; track and communicate ETD/ETA schedules.

Inventory Control & Compliance

• SLOB Management: Update Slow-Moving and Obsolete (SLOB) reports monthly to mitigate financial risk.

• Import & Compliance: Facilitate import documentation, seed registrations, and quality certifications with the GDA; manage all necessary import permits.

• Audits & Reporting: Lead monthly physical stock counts and prepare supporting documentation for internal/external audits.

• Customs & Logistics: Coordinate with customs brokers for timely clearance and ensure all transportation documentation is accurate and compliant.

Quality & Support

• Complaint Handling: Track and monitor product or service complaints, coordinating with relevant departments for swift resolution.

• Ad-hoc Support: Execute additional tasks and special projects as assigned by the supervisor/manager.

Education & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.

• Experience: 3+ years in Supply Chain or Demand Planning.

• Exposure: Experience in customer- or supplier-facing roles.

Technical & Other Skills

• Systems: Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with D365, Salesforce, or Anaplan is a strong plus.

• Analysis: Ability to analyze data and identify trends or variances.

• Mindset: Ambitious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
