Review, assess, and provide recommendations on portfolio credit guarantee applications and wholesale credit guarantee applications submitted by PFI.
Review and provide recommendations on the credit terms and conditions of all types of portfolio credit guarantee and wholesale credit guarantee schemes launched by CGCC.
Review, assess, and provide recommendations on requests for amendments to the terms and conditions of portfolio credit guarantees and wholesale credit guarantees that have been approved by CGCC.
Coordinate and prepare relevant documents for submission and approval of all types of portfolio credit guarantee and wholesale credit guarantee schemes.
Ensure that all credit guarantee applications comply with the terms and conditions of CGCC’s credit guarantee schemes.
Monitor and prepare monthly credit guarantee progress reports and submit timely reports to management.
Prepare and maintain all documents related to the assessment, review, and approval of portfolio credit guarantees and wholesale credit guarantees schemes in a secure and well-organized manner.
Provide recommendations and solutions on the credit guarantee application process, as well as deliver training and share knowledge with PFIs to enhance their understanding of credit guarantee applications and compliance with credit guarantee terms and conditions.
Establish and maintain close working relationships with PFIs and relevant CGCC departments to ensure smooth and highly efficient operations.
Carry out any other duties and ad-hoc assignments assigned by management or when required by CGCC.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Management, Public Administration, or other related fields (master’s degree qualification or Certified Financial Analyst Qualification (CFA) preferred).
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in credit assessment/underwriting, credit risk management, or particularly in the above respective responsibilities for SME and corporate loan in commercial banking.
Extensive knowledge of the banking industry, credit management, risk evaluation, and related banking processes, including regulations governed by the National Bank of Cambodia (NBC).
Proven coordination, interpersonal, presentation and diplomatic skills.
Ability to work effectively as a team with a sense of responsibility, flexibility, and adaptability, with proven ability to mentor and supervise staff.
Strong analytical, decision-making, and credit memo writing skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Khmer and English.
Competence in Microsoft Office Software.
