A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

Develop, configure and maintain fraud detection rules and controls within RAFM systems.
Monitor fraud alerts, traffic patterns, and system activities to identify potential fraud and leakage.
Investigate suspicious activities and escalate cases for timely resolution with required actions from responsible teams.
Analyze fraud trends and provide the recommendations of corrective, preventive actions or mitigation plan if any.
Develop and enhance fraud monitoring tools, reports, and controls, but not limited to the followings of fraudulent cases.
Maintain the accuracy of data and reference information used in fraud management sys-tems.
Join for monitoring RAFM system performance, system availability, and data integrity with recovery and backups.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to strengthen fraud prevention measures.
Keep abreast of emerging fraud risks, industry trends, and best practices.
Support projects and other duties assigned by management.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Finance, Telecommunications, or related field.
Basic knowledge of databases, programming, and data analysis.
Understanding of fraud management, risk assessment, or auditing principles.
Good communication skills in English.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Fraud Management, Revenue Assurance, Network, Billing, Roaming, Interconnect, VAS, System integration with 3rd party platforms including Audit experiences is preferred.
Understanding of telecom industry including networks, billing processes, and fraud risks.
Data analysis, fraud detection, and risk assessment
Knowledge of SQL databases and programming languages such as Python, C#, .NET, PHP, VB, or Node.js or experiences with Big Data technologies and modern data analytics tools is an added advantage.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving.
