Job Summary
Join ORIENDA INTERNATIONAL HOSPITAL in Phnom Penh as a Senior Legal and Compliance Executive, supporting a trusted healthcare environment through sound legal guidance, policy compliance, and risk-aware decision-making. This role helps protect the hospital’s integrity while enabling safe, ethical growth.

Key Responsibilities
● Review contracts, agreements, and legal documents to protect the hospital’s interests and ensure compliance.
● Monitor laws, regulations, and healthcare standards, and update internal policies and procedures accordingly.
● Support management with legal advice on operational, employment, licensing, and regulatory matters.
● Coordinate compliance audits, investigations, and corrective actions to reduce legal and operational risk.
● Maintain records of licenses, permits, filings, and official correspondence with relevant authorities.
● Assist in drafting policies, notices, reports, and internal communications related to legal compliance.
● Work with departments to build awareness of legal obligations, ethics, confidentiality, and governance.
● Liaise with external counsel, regulators, and stakeholders when legal review or representation is needed.

● Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field; postgraduate study is an advantage.
● Minimum 3–5 years of experience in legal, compliance, or regulatory roles, preferably in healthcare.
● Strong knowledge of contract law, labor law, corporate governance, and compliance practices.
● Familiarity with Cambodian legal and regulatory requirements is highly preferred.
● Excellent analytical, drafting, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
● Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
● Strong communication skills in English; Khmer language skills are an advantage.
● Proficient in MS Office and able to prepare clear reports, documents, and policy updates.
● Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
● Experience working with cross-functional teams and external legal or regulatory bodies.
